Payment Process
When you are ready to place your secure order, click "View Cart"
to begin your transaction. HeartStrands uses PayPal for online ordering.
To pay with your PayPal account:
Upon clicking "Proceed to Checkout", log in to PayPal.
To pay without a PayPal account:
To pay for your order with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover card,
or echeck, look for this statement after clicking "Proceed to Checkout":
"Don't have a PayPal account?
Use your credit card or bank account (where available). Continue"
You will not be signing up for a paypal account at this point, you are merely
checking out as you would on any other shopping site.
Note: Minnesota residents will be charged 6.5% Sales Tax.
HeartStrands™ Shipping Information
Items in stock will be mailed within 7-10 business days. If
items are not in stock or are being
designed specific to your preferences, please expect 4-6 weeks for delivery. Should
you need
your order sooner, please contact us at (651) 784-7646 or heartstrands@hotmail.com
and we
will let you know if we can meet your request.
All orders for destinations within the United States will be
shipped via insured priority mail.
If your order is being shipped to an address other than the
billing address, be sure to indicate this
as you are filling out the order form.

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with
your order. Due to the custom nature
of much of the jewelry made at HeartStrands Jewelry, we have found it to be more
efficient for
you to communicate your requests clearly before we begin creating your jewelry.
